I am 35 years old and have a full-time job, so most of the day not at home. I am looking for a mature person that can hang out with and know his responsibilities as a roommate. I do respect mutual privacy and would expect the same.

The room is furnished with a sofa bed, a closet, a dining table, and TV. The apartment located on the third floor and consists of two big rooms, a small bathroom, and a cozy kitchen. I am living in one of the rooms, so please note that the bathroom and kitchen are shared between us.

The room is located in a decent place, perfect for a single person or business travelers. Close to the city center (20 min walking), 20 min by direct metro from the airport, and lots of other amazing places nearby.
